This Modern Mediterranean house, featured in Citiscapes, has a symmetrical layout, typical of this architectural style. There is a large, open central living area with high white walls and a grand double staircase which leads to classical two-story spaces on either side. The large pivot door leading into the main space was the first of its kind in Northwest Arkansas. The arched, covered driveway and the circle drive add to the overall grandeur of this design style. Together, with Celtic Custom Homes, we were able to achieve this client’s dream home after they had met with five local Northwest Arkansas architects who did not understand the style they were going for.
