This Modern Transitional house is lives in the heart of Bentonville, Arkansas and is a local favorite. Although there were challenges such as a tight site constraint and access issues with a corner lot, we designed the client’s dream home with exterior design proportions that are balances and harmonized. The interiors include arches to enhance the spaces with unique attention to the client’s antiques, window placement, and flow. There is natural light coming from every angle, increasing functional living and efficiency of spaces like the scullery, pantry, and laundry areas.
