The original plans for this gorgeous Modern house in Bentonville, Arkansas were choppy with a disorganized flow and wasted space. Lauri Matisse Architecture & Design Studios was hired to redesign the house, creating a better flow and car-stopping curb appeal. The Moden design features crisp architectural geometry, floor-to-ceiling windows that blend indoor and outdoor living, natural wood and stone accents for warmth, and a clean, minimalist palette that celebrates light, space, and landscape. Lauri Matisse maximized the space, saving the clients $100,000 allowing them to build a pool. We paired them with the amazing contractor, Roger Griffin, of Legend Construction to make their dream for a disjointed plan into reality.
