The owners of this home wanted something very unique to the Northwest Arkansas area so they sought out an architecture firm with over 30 years experience in Los Angeles, where Modern architecture reigns. This sculptural Ultra Modern house was built on 10 acres in Fayetteville, Arkansas, with a massive amount of glass and steel, 10-foot-tall, flush mounted doors from Italy, and an HVAC designed for different home zones based on window sizes. One of the biggest challenges was finding local contractors capable of building such an exceptional structure. Lauri Matisse successfully helped the clients and sub-contractors through many issues along the way.
