We designed this Mountain Modern house after the client’s original home on this property burned down. Everything was lost except for the concrete foundation. To save the client money, we wanted to use the existing foundation for the rebuild. After a structural engineer inspected and approved the existing footprint, we worked with Perrin Construction to build a new home that the client was in love with. They wanted view, views, views - they even got a pool with a view!
