A consultation meeting for a new pool house roof turned into a full remodel of this 1900s Spanish mansion including a remodel of the pool house and a 1.5 acres landscape design project. We fully refinished and remodeled the entire house including the complete gutting and remodel of the kitchen and dining area. We added NanaWall Sliding Doors and a circular pass through area, rerouted one set of stairs, and remodeled a storage room into a fireplace nook. For the interiors, we even designed all of the furniture from the bed sets and dining room furniture to the spa and sauna. We also designed the smallest details such as the tiles and we hand-painted the crown molding in the expanded dining room wing.
